• Namecheap – website hosting and email service (mail.privateemail.com). Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our enquiries mailbox hosted by Namecheap.
• Hapitech – site development and technical support.
• Postcodes.io – when you enter a postcode in the contact form, it is sent from your browser to Postcodes.io to look up coordinates and calculate distance. Postcodes.io does not receive your name, email, or message.
• Google Fonts – the site loads fonts from Google’s CDN. Your browser may share your IP address with Google when fetching fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as necessary to fulfil your request, manage ongoing work, and meet legal or tax record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time (see below).
