• We provide home improvement, maintenance, and handyman services including, but not limited to, bathrooms, kitchens, carpentry, loft conversions, extensions, paving, painting, decorating, and general repairs.
• Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding quote.
• All quotations are subject to a site assessment and may be revised if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days if no period is stated.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed in writing (email or text) once a date is agreed.
• If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for wasted time or materials if a confirmed appointment is cancelled at short notice.

4. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed before work begins and are typically cash or bank transfer.
• For larger projects, staged payments may be requested as the work progresses.
• Materials already purchased specifically for your job may need to be paid for even if the work is cancelled.

5. Travel costs

We cover travel within our standard free-service radius. For locations further away, we may charge a mileage-based travel cost, which will be discussed and agreed before any work is booked.

6. Warranties and liability

• We carry appropriate insurance for the work we undertake.
• We guarantee our workmanship for a reasonable period following completion. Specific warranty terms for materials are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
• We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from work carried out by others.

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, or use it to send spam or offensive material.
